LIMITED WARRANTY

MDR PERFORMANCE, LLC extends this limited warranty only to the original purchaser of the MDR Performance product(s). This limited warranty doesn’t extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product(s). This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of MDR Performance products for a period of (6) six months from the date of the original purchase. The Warranty
period is not extended if the product is replaced or repaired.

All products returned for a warranty claim must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipped to MDR Performance at the owner/buyer’s expense. The returned product must include a copy of the original purchaser’s receipt and the original
purchaser’s contact information. Product(s) must have been purchased from MDR Performance or an authorized MDR Performance dealer.

This limited warranty doesn’t cover any of the following:

• Removal and replacement cost(s), damage during shipping, return /replacement shipping
  cost(s), improper installation, modification or alterations to the product(s), normal wear and
  tear, damage to the vehicle caused by the use of this product, damage to related components,
  cost(s) or lost income incurred due to downtime of vehicle, vehicle diagnosis, repair(s),
  transport fees or storage cost(s).
• It is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer to determine that the item(s) purchased will
  work for the intended application. MDR Performance will accept no liability for custom
  applications.
• If there is a defect related to the material or workmanship of the product(s), MDR Performance
  will, using its sole discretion, choose to repair the defective product(s) or replace it with the same
  product part number(s) without charging for the repair or replacement of the defective
  product(s). Refunds are not covered under the Limited Warranty.
